The Foundation was proud to present the first ever recipients of the East Carteret High School Mariner Scholarship, Jacob and Tyler! President Morgan G. Dawicki was honored to have been invited to awards night at the East Carteret High School in Beaufort, NC and present both young men with their scholarships.
Both students were recommended by a group of their community members to receive the scholarship and upon review, the Board of Trustees decided to award both students! The scholarship covers half their annual tuition to the Northeast Maritime Institute – College of Maritime Science. We are truly excited for both of these young men and the bright maritime careers the future has in store for them.
